1. Treeno 30-Day Plant Guarantee

Every live plant purchased from Treeno comes with a 30-day guarantee. If your plant dies or is visibly failing within 30 days of delivery, submit a claim and we will make it right.

A. Activate Your Guarantee Within 5 Days

To activate your 30-Day Guarantee, register your plant on our support platform or app within 5 days of delivery. Your 30 days of coverage run from the initial delivery date, so registering promptly ensures you get the full window of protection.

B. What Is Covered

The guarantee covers the live plant only. Decorative pots, planters, soil toppings, and accessories are covered separately under our Delivery Promise.

You may file a claim if, within 30 days of delivery:

  • Your plant dies or suffers irreversible severe distress.

  • Your plant shows signs of failing despite proper basic care.

C. Plant Expert Care Support First

Because living plants experience natural transit adjustment (shock), our botanical team may share specific expert care steps to help revive your plant. Most adjusting plants recover quickly with minor care adjustments.

D. How to File a Claim

  1. Access Your Account: Log in to treeno.shop or our app, go to your order history, and locate your purchased plant.

  2. File a Claim: Select the item and tap File a Guarantee Claim.

  3. Upload Proof: Provide clear photos showing the affected plant and the original nursery/grow pot it arrived in. If purchased via a partner marketplace, attach the valid platform invoice.

  4. Choose Your Settlement: Select either a replacement plant or Treeno Store Credit.

E. Keep the Original Nursery Pot

To remain eligible for claim verification, keep the plant in its original nursery/grow pot until the 30-day guarantee period ends. Plants that have been repotted into new soil or different containers before filing a claim cannot be verified and are ineligible. You are welcome to place the original grow pot inside a decorative planter.

F. Settlement Options & Terms

  • Replacement Plant: An approved claim yields a replacement plant shipped directly to your address in its nursery pot.

  • Treeno Store Credit / Gift Card: Credit worth the plant's purchase amount, valid for 90 days across any item on treeno.shop.

  • One Claim Per Plant: Each registered plant is eligible for one approved claim as a goodwill gesture. Replacement plants do not carry a new 30-day guarantee.

2. Treeno Tools & Care Warranty

Our select Treeno garden tools and accessories carry up to a 1 to 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

A. Activation & Coverage

  • Register Within 15 Days: Register your eligible tool within 15 days of delivery to activate coverage. Unregistered tools past this 15-day window cannot be claimed later.

  • Covered Defects: Material and manufacturing defects such as cracked/snapped handles, failed joint mechanisms, bent blades, or broken springs under normal intended use.

  • Exclusions: Normal wear and tear (blunting blades), surface rust from improper storage, accidental damage, dropping, cutting beyond rated capacity, or unauthorized repairs.

3. Treeno Delivery Promise (Transit & Unboxing Issues)

If anything goes wrong with the delivery of your order on treeno.shop—whether an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing—we promise to fix it promptly.

A. Reporting Windows

Report issues within these designated timeframes:

  • Damaged / Defective on Arrival: Report within 3 days of delivery.

  • Incorrect / Missing Item: Report within 3 days of delivery.

  • Non-Delivered / Overdue Package: Report within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

B. Resolution Options

Approved reports under our Delivery Promise will be settled via:

  1. Free Replacement Dispatch.

  2. Treeno Store Credit / Gift Card (valid for 90 days).

  3. Direct Refund to your original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Card) if a replacement or store credit is unavailable. Refunds process within 5–7 business days.

4. Important Rules & Disclaimers

  • Proof of Purchase: Purchases made via partner marketplaces or external platforms require a valid order invoice to verify eligibility.

  • Misrepresentation & Fraud: Submitting altered photos, reused proof, or AI-generated images voids all guarantees and may result in immediate account suspension.

  • Sole Discretion: All claims and reports are evaluated individually. Approval and final resolution methods remain at the discretion of the Treeno customer support team.
