TREENO was born from a simple observation: in one of the world's most climate-vulnerable countries, urban green spaces were disappearing — and with them, the connection between people and nature.

Founded by Fazly Rabby Bhuiyan in Dhaka, Bangladesh, TREENO started as a mission to make plants accessible to every urban dweller. What began with a handful of deliveries grew into a movement — because every plant we sold brought not just greenery into a home, but hope.

Plants are nature's carbon capture technology. Every plant we deliver absorbs CO₂, purifies the air, and cools our cities. We're building a **"One Purchase, One Tree"** program — for every 10 plants sold, we plant one native tree in urban Dhaka. Our packaging is 100% biodegradable.

✅ Zero Wealth Concentration to End Poverty

 Bangladesh is home to thousands of small-scale nurseries run by rural families and women entrepreneurs who lack access to urban markets. TREENO bridges that gap — sourcing directly from these growers at fair prices (15-20% above market rates), with transparent pricing and no middlemen.

✅ Zero Unemployment Through Entrepreneurship

We believe young people are the solution, not the problem. TREENO creates green jobs — plant specialists, delivery stewards, digital marketers, and community Green Ambassadors. Through our **Green Skills Academy**, we train youth in plant care, urban farming, landscaping, and green entrepreneurship — building a new generation of "green-collar" workers.
